Harity provides tools to document, confirm, and track informal personal loan agreements between individuals. Harity does not provide banking services, financial intermediation, legal advice, debt collection, or dispute resolution services.

The Service is provided for informational and documentation purposes only. Harity does not act as a lender, borrower, financial institution, escrow provider, or legal authority. Users are solely responsible for their agreements and financial decisions.
